Book a Children’s Birthday Party

Thank you for enquiring about a birthday party at Artisan Village – we’re delighted you thought of us for your child’s party.  Please kindly fill in the form below.

  • Parties take place on Saturdays for 2 hours between 11am-1pm or 2pm-4pm

  • Maximum of 12 children, including siblings taking part in the art project

  • Led by our professional artist, each guest will go home with a finished project

  • You may end the art activity 15 minutes early for cake and singing (cake to be sent home with guests as there’s no eating allowed in the studio)

  • Price: £180 (includes invitations, space hire, artist and all materials)

  • We can theme your party – we will send you ideas and themes

GDPR

Artisan Village collects information about interested parities when the initial enquiry is made and retains such information for long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for (personal identification, contact details, health needs, amongst others). Our Data Protection and Confidentiality Policy is available on request for more details on retention periods and GDPR compliance.

Important Information

  • Artisan Village is a nut-free site – please don’t bring any nuts onto the premises

  • Parents can arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up for cakes/snack and hang party decorations

  • Due to space limitations, we ask that parents of guests drop off and collect children at the end of the party.

  • Doors for guests open when the party starts, as we need set up time.  There are great local cafes/parks nearby if guests who arrive early need to wait before the party starts

  • Prams/scooters/bikes must be stored in the garden during the party (prams with sleeping babies are okay in our back office room)

  • Please ask parents to collect children on time as we need time to clear up and arrange the studio for the next party/workshop

  • Younger family members must be closely supervised at all times as we have sharp tools, stairs & artwork on display

  • Parents are welcome to bring party bags, cake, snacks & decorations but cake must be sent home with party guests as we don’t allow eating in the studio. You may bring juice boxes or individual water bottles for a drink break - please no open cups as one spilled drink can ruin artwork

  • Artisan Village does not provide plates/napkins/utensils/candles/matches – so please bring these with you as required

  • Only regular candles can be used on cakes - no sparklers for safety reasons, thank you!

  • No alcohol may be consumed in the studio

  • No smoking anywhere on studio premises, including the back garden

  • We are a working studio running continual art sessions & workshops so there may be art on display and projects in progress.   Please don’t touch or play with artworks on walls or shelves & be careful with drinks around the studio

  • Photos – please let us know if you would be happy for us to photograph your child during his/her party for use on our website / party pack
